Manuka Honey Chia Pudding With Yoghurt

 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
 200 ml Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Or Milk Of Your Choice
 100 g Natural Yoghurt — Greek Or Coconut Yoghurt
 1 tbsp Manuka Honey
 1 tsp Vanilla essence
 Pinch Of Sea Salt
 Fresh Berries, Nuts, Seeds, Granola Or Fruit Of Your Choice

Place all ingredients into a bowl or jar and whisk together well, making sure the chia seeds are evenly combined.

Leave for 10 minutes, stir again, then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

The yoghurt creates a rich, almost mousse-like texture that feels incredibly satisfying.

Serve with fresh berries, nuts or seeds for extra texture and goodness.

For a more elevated presentation, perfect for brunches, entertaining or beautiful content photographs: Spoon a layer of chia pudding into a glass or bowl. Add a layer of yoghurt. Top with fresh berries, nuts or seeds. Repeat the layers until full.
