Kate Rowe-Ham is a Women’s Health Coach, bestselling author, speaker and founder of Owning Your Menopause, helping women navigate menopause and midlife with greater strength, confidence and understanding.
Kate has been a guest on the Eat Nourish Love podcast and is a speaker at ELEVATE at Benham Park, joining our conversations around women’s health, strength, longevity and how we can feel our best through midlife and beyond.
Having qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer while raising three children, Kate experienced first-hand how confusing and isolating perimenopause can be, even with a background in fitness. Her experience inspired her to create Owning Your Menopause, bringing together practical, evidence-based guidance around strength, movement, nutrition and long-term health.
At the heart of Kate’s work is a belief that midlife is an opportunity to invest in our future health. She encourages women to move beyond exercising simply for aesthetics and instead focus on strong bones, healthy joints, lean muscle, cardiovascular health, energy and resilience.
Kate is the author of Owning Your Menopause: Fitter, Calmer, Stronger in 30 Days and The Longevity Solution. She also hosts the Owning Your Menopause podcast.
A trusted voice in women’s health, Kate has worked with brands including Nike and Sweaty Betty and has appeared in The Times, The Telegraph and Women’s Health, as well as on BBC News and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
