Come and join us ...

What a year, and here we are again and we can’t wait to share it with you! After last year’s rebrand, this year is going to be even more exciting. The Eat Nourish Love Autumn Fair 2025 will take place on September 23rd and 24th at Tedworth Park, Wiltshire, once again supporting Walking with the Wounded and Horatio’s Garden.

Get ready for a fabulous shopping experience filled with locally sourced food, fashion, wellness products, home and garden treasures, and beautiful gifts for all ages. Whether you’re looking for something special for yourself or a loved one, you’ll find it here – and so much more. This year’s Fair also promises an exciting lineup of inspirational speakers.

We’re delighted to welcome Lieutenant General Sir Simon Mayall, KBE, CB, who will take you through his distinguished military career and share insights from his extensive experience in the Middle East. Eve Cameron, journalist, yoga teacher, and former beauty editor, will reveal how breathwork and meditation can help you find balance and positivity in your daily life. Claire Sanderson, Editor of Women’s & Men’s Health, will explore how to live a long, healthy, and active life, regardless of age.

Lucinda Miller, clinical lead at NatureDoc, will share how brilliant nutrition can enhance your focus, mood, and mental clarity, while Georgie Soskin, founder of Little Plough Kitchen, will demonstrate how to nourish your gut with live cooking demos that support overall health and wellbeing. Lady Waldegrave, former Managing Director of Leiths School of Food and Wine, will join Georgie for a special demonstration that will inspire you to bring new flavours to your kitchen.

Emma Wills, interviewed by Matthew Stadlen, will tell the empowering story of how ‘Style for Soldiers’ has made a lasting impact, and Libbla Kelly will join Caroline Cary, Founder of Eat Nourish Love, to discuss how journaling can transform your life and help you stay centered.

Alongside these incredible talks, we’re thrilled to launch the Eat Nourish Love Podcast featuring exclusive conversations with some of our speakers. We’re also expanding our wellness and mental health spaces to embrace self-care, holistic living, and transformation.

This year’s event is not just about shopping – it’s about embracing community, connection, and positive change. Join us for a memorable experience that promises to inspire, engage, and bring people together. We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet the speakers

We are delighted to welcome these amazing people who have given up their time to come and talk to us at this year’s event and share their incredible knowledge.

“What an incredible event! Being invited to speak at the Eat Nourish Love Autumn Fair was an honour. Caroline, you united a wonderful community with your hard work, care, and vision. I loved sharing my story – how breathwork, the Wim Hof Method, and my D.A.R.E. framework turned my life around. It was inspiring to connect with so many people who were open to exploring their own potential. Thank you for creating such a welcoming space and letting me participate in this incredible event. I can’t wait to see what next year brings!”
“Well done Caroline for organising such a terrific event. Most impressive footfall and capacity attendance in the speaker’s tent. What a great success – hopefully, ENL will become a permanent feature of local life every Autumn. “
“WOW what a success, gosh you are incredible for bringing together the ENL fair. I can’t thank you enough for asking me along to speak to such a lovely crowd of mums and grannies! I loved the format of the speakers alongside the stalls, and I am sure this will grow to be an even bigger event next year.”
“What a fantastic turnout, Caroline! Thank you for bringing everyone together in such a meaningful way. It was a joy to connect with so many like-minded individuals. Here’s to many more fairs ahead!”
“Wow, what a lovely event that was! And such lovely people! You put so much hard work into making it happen and it was so lovely to be invited to speak. Thank you for having me – such a highlight to be there. “
“Such a great fair, wonderful stall holders and a huge honour to be a guest speaker, thank you Caroline “
“My congratulations on orchestrating such a superb event. It was a pleasure to participate and engage with an audience so receptive and enthusiastic. I have no doubt ENL will continue to grow as a cherished community event each year.”
“Caroline, what an achievement! You created such a welcoming space. The feedback from attendees was glowing – a testament to your hard work!”
