Founder, Eat Nourish Love

With over 30 years in fundraising, events, and partnership for many charities, Caroline Cary is the visionary founder behind “Eat. Nourish. Love.” a space that unites influential figures, innovative brands, and passionate entrepreneurs, championing holistic well-being, mindful consumption, and environmental responsibility.

As an accomplished executive fundraiser, Caroline has a proven track record of successfully leading major fundraising projects, campaigns, and events for many non-profit organisations. This includes projects such as ‘Heroes’ Square’ at the National Memorial Arboretum, The Duke of Wellington’s Regimental Memorial, The Maritime Archaeology Sea Trust (MAST) among many others.

Caroline’s journey includes orchestrating the Early, Early Christmas Fair for over 15 years, which raised funds for The Army Benevolent Fund, and curating many other exceptional events for the charity, including two stunning Carol Concerts at Salisbury. Notably, more recently she organised the Swan Champions Dinner in support of Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust projects and organised and hosted an evening dedicated to protecting children worldwide raising money for The Maggie Oliver Foundation and Hear Their Cries.

Her exceptional ability to raise substantial funds, forge enduring partnerships, and execute flawlessly detailed events is matched only by her extensive network and expertise in marketing, public relations, hospitality, and wellness space. Throughout her journey, Caroline has raised over £4 million for charitable causes. Her work stands as a testament to her enduring dedication to creating a more compassionate, healthier, and interconnected world through philanthropic endeavours and wellness initiatives.

Ally Cardozo

Communications and PR

Ally Cardozo’s professional career began in expatriate employment, but she draws her analytical ability and presentational skills from the subsequent deadline-oriented years in management consultancy where she worked closely with high-profile corporate clients on a wide range of sensitive issues. She then pursued an interest in teaching both professional adults as well as children along with a freelance writing career for local and national magazines.

Ally will be actively involved in the events organisation with Eat. Nourish. Love and will use her strong written and communication skills to develop the PR and social media exposure for our clients.

Andrea Benford

Creative Designer & Event Production Manager

Andrea Benford boasts over 20 years of Retail experience, including 15 years as a Fashion Buyer collaborating with diverse clients and designers across Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, and London. Her extensive international exposure has honed her expertise in marketing, merchandising, profit optimisation, and quality control. Coupled with her profound knowledge of clothing production, business acumen, and financial insights, Andrea is a valuable asset to Eat. Nourish Love. She possesses an innate eye for detail, a talent for imaginative design, a keen sense of colour, and the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.
