Our Story

Caroline Cary

There are always things in life that suddenly stop you in your tracks. This has happened to me on quite a few occasions, but one in particular was when our daughter, who was only a few weeks old, was found to have what was initially thought to be a tumour. I will never forget the early morning rush to a child cancer ward in Southampton. At the very least there was a real chance that she would lose her sight. This did not happen; it was a benign growth, but it was a huge, long journey and we needed lots of professional help. She is now the most beautiful girl in her 20s. Any mother or parent out there would know how this would have felt.

After I heard the news, I started searching, reading and doing all I could to protect my family. I changed my shopping habits buying only personal care products, cleaning products and anything I could that contained no known harmful ingredients. I trained and worked within the complementary health industry, developing myself and my understanding of the power of connection and helping others.

Many know me for all the work I do in the fundraising and events world raising millions for charities, but the drive for this was so deep rooted as I wanted to give something back. One of these amazing charities I have so loved supporting, became an integral part of my daughter’s healing journey, for which I am eternally grateful.

During 2020 so much has happened to all of us; this widespread adversity has drawn some more extraordinary people into my life whose example has reignited a passion within me. Now I want to bring all those people and ideas to you. I have always been so inspired by a broad range of things but in particular I adore people, inspirational stories, healthy and wholesome food, good health, and things that make you feel good. I started off in the food world with Prue Leith and this is still one of my passions.

‘Living from the inside out’ is something I have become so passionate about. I was always searching for solutions and looking outside, and it was not until I realised if I was only to look inside and trust my intuition, then life would be easier and the people, things and support I needed would appear.

If you were to ask me what was important, or what I love most, it is seeing a need, creating inspiration around it and bringing it to life with others. Now I want to support people to heal, to be healthy and happy, in mind, body and soul through Eat . Nourish . Love.

“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.”
