Wendy Welpton

Founder of Reclaim Movement & natural movement coach

Wendy Welpton is a natural movement coach and movement inspirer based in Oxford. She coaches natural movement to individuals and small groups, in person and online.

Wendy (50) is a living testament to the power of movement at any age. As the founder of Reclaim Movement and host of the Make Movement Matter podcast, she helps people rediscover their body’s natural ability to move with ease, strength, and confidence. After a running injury led to four years of chronic pain, Wendy shifted from being a sedentary athlete to embracing a movement-rich lifestyle. Now, through her membership, workshops, speaking, and coaching, Wendy empowers others to do the same by offering practical, real-world movement solutions that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Her approach is all about small, intentional movements that bring about big, lasting change. Whether it’s learning to get up from the ground effortlessly, improving balance, or integrating movement into daily tasks, Wendy helps people reclaim lost mobility, build resilience, and move better for the long haul. Every movement counts towards building ease today and keeping you moving well for life.
