Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, through gentle touch. If one’s ‘life force energy’ is low, then one is more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Some of my colleagues have often describe reiki as “acupuncture without the needles”.

Reiki is powerful but at the same time so gentle and nurturing. Clients stay fully clothed during treatments. Reiki is a good alternative, or supplement, to massage therapy and a useful adjunct to any medical or complementary therapeutic methods.
