Recipe by Caroline Cary

Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup rolled organic oats
½ cup Milk - or dairy free option
¼ cup Greek Yogurt or dairy free option
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1

Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it stir until it is all combined

2

It is best to leave it overnight for 8 hours as it will be much creamier but if you do not have enough time leave it for a minimum of 2 hours.

3

Now you can top your overnight oats with some of your favourite toppings - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, chopped or mashed banana, grated apple, some nuts, seeds ... the list is endless.
