"Breathing New Life: From Suicide to Success and Beyond with The Wim Hof Method"

In this deeply personal and inspiring talk, former Household Cavalry Corporal of Horse, turned wellness guru, shares his transformative journey from the brink of despair to international success. With 12 years of distinguished military service and achievements in elite-level sports, his life took a dramatic turn after leaving the army, leading to a severe breakdown and two serious suicide attempts.

Having undergone various therapy methods and self-development practises, he regained his sense of self and relocated to Ireland. Taking on the role of Performance Director for the Irish Modern Pentathlon Olympic team, successfully qualifying athletes for both the Rio and Tokyo Olympics. However, despite these accomplishments, the challenges of overthinking, depression, anxiety, and stress remained constant companions, prompting a holistic search for wellness.

After discovering the power of the Wim Hof method, and implementing it into his daily life, he experienced a profound personal transformation, for the first time, he was thriving, not just surviving! Today, as a qualified Wim Hof Method® instructor and life coach, he teaches others how to harness the incredible power of their breath and mindset to reduce stress, enhance resilience, and unlock their true potential.

Join Andy to learn how you too can unlock your inner fire and step into a life of authenticity and thriving well-being, proving that you are more powerful than you might ever imagine.
