My background spans across various fields including fashion, retail, interiors, holiday rentals, and childcare, all of which have contributed to my love for homemaking, cooking, gardening, animals, exercise, and practical solutions

You’ll often find me full of energy (thanks to my homemade granola and matcha consumption!) diving into various tasks, whether it’s tending to the garden, whipping up a delicious feast, organising gatherings, welcoming B&B guests, or conquering the ironing pile (fitted sheets are my forte!). Thanks to the wisdom passed down from my incredible mother and the diverse experiences I’ve gathered over the years, I decided to create Ask Charlie. I realised the importance of preserving practical skills that have faded over time, especially with the absence of home economics lessons.

My journey with Ask Charlie has so far been remarkable, from launching my website and YouTube channel to offering online courses, establishing an exclusive online Members Club, and developing my own range of products. I’m beyond excited for what the future holds, and I continue to be thoroughly committed to bringing homegrown wisdom, valuable insights and practical solutions to my audience.
