Emma Willis MBE DL is founder and managing director of the eponymous Jermyn Street shirt making business,  a Deputy Lieutenant of Gloucestershire and Honorary Fellow of the University of Gloucestershire. Her experience building and managing both her own business and charity Style for Soldiers have seen her invited to speak at such different venues as the  Special Forces Club,  The National College of Defence Studies and The London College of Fashion. Emma was awarded an MBE in The Queen’s New Years Honours List for entrepreneurship, recognising her contribution to encouraging British manufacturing with her successful factory in Gloucester visited by His Majesty King Charles III in 2019. 

Emma founded registered charity Style for Soldiers in 2008 in response to the high number of serious casualties returning from the Afghan conflict, visiting the Military Rehabilitation Hospital regularly for ten years giving complimentary smart clothing for new careers and now hosting the largest reunions for injured service personnel and their families in the country. The annual Christmas party was also attended by His Majesty in 2017 and the charity’s work goes from strength to strength.
