3 Boiled eggs (hard-boiled)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Vinegar (white wine or apple cider)
⅓ cup Water
½ tsp Pepper
Salt to taste

Peel the boiled eggs and place them in a blender.

Add olive oil, vinegar, water, pepper, and salt.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
