As a personal trainer for the past 25 years, I have spent a lot of time spreading the word on the importance of strength but never more so than now. At 52 I know the importance of staying strong for longevity and how it is not just important but ESSENTIAL to look at the exercise we are doing in our fitness regimes. Functional training which will make such a difference to everyday lives. I am passionate about sharing these benefits of movement, both mentally and physically particularly at midlife – from how we can improve our bone health, our muscle mass, our posture, balance, flexibility etc.
Join me at the Eat Nourish Love Autumn Fair where I will share my top tips on getting started in an exercise routine, finding the motivation to stay consistent, adapting strategies to build confidence as well as strength.
I would love to have the opportunity to answer frequently asked questions on which exercise routines will have maximum results, the question of cardio vs weights, the best exercise for menopause and more! Plus of course the reason why 30-minute workouts really are the answer.
