I believe that building wellness habits is not about following every single trend but about stacking habits that work for you. For me, this has been a transformative way to prioritize my health—especially when it comes to bone health, protein, and weights.

Start Your Day with Protein
A good breakfast sets the tone for the day, and for me, it’s all about protein. I stack this habit by incorporating a high-protein meal first thing in the morning. Protein helps to stabilize blood sugar, improve mood, and keep energy levels high. Whether it’s a protein smoothie, eggs, or Greek yogurt, starting with protein makes all the difference for my day ahead. It’s a small habit, but stacking this on top of my morning routine helps me stay focused and energized.
